Finance trainee
Main tasks: account payables related tasks, including incoming purchase invoice bookings and allocation to review and approval flows + supporting PO process, vendor master data related tasks (new vendor opening following internal control guidelines and bank account confirmation with the vendor), payment batch runs, communication with vendors related to purchase invoices, travel and expense claims related tasks, participate into month-end closing process, supporting team members with reporting related tasks, other ad hoc tasks if needed.
Purchasing trainee
Main tasks: provide support to other departments with purchase order (PO) creation, participate into PO creation, follow up PO statuses, follow up goods receipt process and provide support to others with goods receipt process, participate into month-end-closing process supporting PO reviews and updates, participate into material master management if needed, other ad hoc tasks if needed.
As a trainee in our Finance team, you work with internal and external stakeholders towards Nanoform’s growth targets. Both roles are based at our headquarters in Helsinki, Finland. The positions will be filled when the right candidates are found. Temporary positions for the summertime with the possibility to continue as hourly based contract in the autumn.
Skills, Education, and Experience We Look for
- Relevant studies from accounting or equivalent from University or University of Applied Sciences.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience from SAP S/4 Hana seen as advantage.
- Your work persona is accurate and systematic.
- Language skills Finnish and English required.
- Independent operational style.
- Good interaction skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work on predefined schedules.
