Pro Farm Group, the global leader in biological solutions, is now looking for a (Junior) Controller to join their growing Helsinki office! If you are passionate about finance and want to develop your career in this field, this could be a perfect opportunity for you!
As a (Junior) Controller you’ll be joining Pro Farm Group’s small but close-knit EU finance team (that includes two other Controller’s) and playing a crucial role in supporting the team with accounting management, preparation of financial statements and management reporting. Your tasks will include for example routine work in Procountor, such as verifying and preparing invoices and expense claims as well as managing and updating different registers. You’ll also be preparing different reports and cash flow forecasts as well as assisting in monthly, quarterly and yearly closing and statutory, Group and SOX audits.

This is a full-time and permanent position that is based in Helsinki. The ideal starting date in this position is as soon as possible. In this position you will be employed directly to Pro Farm Group EU.

We require from you:

A relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor’s or a Master’s degree in accounting or related field

Some previous work experience in finance or accounting (preferably 1+ years)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Earlier experience with Procountor is seen as an advantage

A full working proficiency in English
We consider as an asset:

Earlier experience from an international company

Some knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP
-
A CPA/ACCA Certificate
